The good weather and a great participation have helped to guarantee that the men of the men of the Whinhill Golf Club in 2025 was a fantastic day for all the people involved.
More than 130 golfers from 16 clubs proved to be competing for the first prize on Saturday August 2.

The trophy winner was a former member and champion of the Whinhill Club, Paul Jones of Largs Golf Club, who returned a magnificent score with 64 stripes for a Nett 62, ahead of another former member, John McLennan, under BIH.
A club spokesperson said: “Two excellent golf towers, both worthy of winning a competition.
“Congratulations to Jonesy and John’s commissions, a great effort.
“Thank you to everyone who helped organize the day, but a special thank you to our match and disability team for their efforts.
“Congratulations to all the winners and thank you very much to all the competitors.

“We would also like to thank the Greenkeepers for having presented the course in good condition and in Millie and all the staff of inverclyde Leisure for their hospitality during the day.
