Grealish won three Premier League titles, two FA Cups, the Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup after joining City for British record transfer fees of 100 million pounds Sterling in the summer of 2021.
However, his stay at the Etihad stadium was largely hampered by an injury which then saw him continue to fall into the hierarchical order.
The 29 -year -old made only seven Premier League departures for the Pep Guardiola team last season, and is now looking for regular football in Everton before the next summer World Cup.
Having stretched the obstacle to win a reminder to the Thomas Tuchel team for the 2026 World Cup, Grenish has chosen to bring the No18 to Everton in honor of two former internationals in England.

He said, “There is a reason for [choosing number 18] . There were other figures, but my two favorite English players are never Wayne Rooney and Paul Gascoigne and I know they are both wore number 18 here.
“So, as soon as I knew that this agreement was close, I had a look and the number 18 was free, so it was perfect for me and it was the only number I was going to take from this moment.
“I spoke in Wayne [Rooney] Before coming here and I told him that – about number 18 – so I hope he is so happy! “”
Grenalish was signed in time to make his debut in Everton next Monday in Elland Road while the Toffees start their first league 2025-26 campaign against Leeds newly promoted
